UMPA needs your Support - Biennial UMPA meeting at 5.30pm

Become a member at the door, elect a new Council. Add your vision for the future

In the last two years UMPA funds have been used up in supporting highway cleanups, 25 packages sent to Pagan soldiers, service activities to the needy, and to become a federal 501c4 service corporation.Over 300 folks have either financially supported UMPA, or participated in its events since 2007.

Participation has dwindled but does this mean UMPA is no longer needed? We don't know. This is an opportunity gather for a great meal, entertainment, and to join in and discuss the future of UMPA; either find some new leadership and participation, or dissolve the organization and pass on any funds raised to another non-profit.

What You Can Do:

More important than donating (a few hundred dollars can basically fund the organization for 2 years) is attending and answering the question, "Do you want an established organization dedicated to community service to continue, and if so, what is its best role, and can you help it get there?"

Read and print the 2013 bylaw changes to reflect federal 501c4 status.

UMPA Thanks Our Generous Sponsors for this Event! :

To help "Sponsor" this event:

~ Make a batch of chili, or corn bread (to feed at least 50 in a tasting serving) for the meal service and participate in the competition. (and serve it at the event, to 'win' , bring your culinary skill and supporters! )

~ Commit at least one person from your organization to help out with set up, take down, meal service, and dishes.

~ Donate to UMPA     But More IMPORTANTLY:

~ Become an UMPA Member! , participate and consider taking a Leadership Role!
