Upper Midwest Pagan Alliance has a new Council!

The New UMPA council of five, elected Feb. 26th, 2011, are:
Vacant - Voice
Gary Lingen
Bress Nicneven
Grace Morgan
Joshua Adam Blesi - Treasurer
Beginning with Bonnie, these four will rotate in six month terms as the
'Voice' of UMPA. UMPA decisions are now made by consensus process, by this
council of five members.
