Board Members:
1. President, whose responsibilities may include aiding in the creation of and providing administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on creation of policy, organizational structure, and administration of the organization. The president shall chair all board meetings and vote only in the event of an even or tie vote. The president shall be representative of the organization and its members in official matters.
2. Vice President, whose responsibilities may include aiding in the creation and providing administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on the areas of Public Relations and Information Technology (IT). The Vice President shall serve the in place of the president when absent. The Vice President shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
3. Secretary, whose responsibilities shall include the organization and archiving of written records and documents of the organization. The Secretary shall be responsible for documenting the actions of the board, including all board meetings. The Secretary shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
4. Treasurer, whose responsibilities shall include the accounting and record keeping of all financial transactions of the organization. The Treasurer shall aid in the creation of and provide administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on fundraising and/or the financial stability of the organization. The Treasurer shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
5. At Large position (aka the Activities chair), whose responsibilities may include aiding in the creation of and providing administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on producing singular or longstanding events for the public and/or the organization; and groups or committees that are focused on the long term goals or the organization. The Action Chair shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
6. At Large Position (aka the Service chair), whose responsibilities may include aiding in the creation of and providing administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on interfaith, outreach, and education. The Service chair shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
7. At Large Position (aka the Voice chair), whose responsibilities whose responsibilities may include aiding in the creation of and providing administrative support functions to groups or committees that are focused on membership, the management of the membership, ethics, and conduct. The Voice chair shall be representative of the organization and its members in all matters.
